Colby Fryar - Principal
Colby Fryar is the principal of Mountain Bridge Capital. He started investing in real estate in 2013 and personally owns over 140 doors of real estate including a 12-unit multifamily property in Albuquerque, NM and a 123 unit portfolio deal in Las Cruces, NM. He has been focusing on multifamily property investing and syndication for the past 5 years. Colby's background is in Civil Engineering. His experience managing multi-million dollar contracts as a Division Manager has transitioned well into his ability to perform asset management on all Mountain Bridge Capital real estate projects.

Jens Nielsen - Principal and Advisor
Jens Nielsen is the principal of Open Doors Capital and a full-time real estate investor. He has raised millions for apartment syndications and is a general partner in over 1,100 apartment units around the country valued at over $50M. Jens is also a Certified High Performance Coach and has coached many new and experienced real estate investors to succeed in the business through accountability, personal growth, and consulting. A long career in the IT field has provided Jens with the skills to implement systems and technologies to help his team succeed in the investment business.

Denny Le
Denny is the President of Logic Investing. His background is mechanical engineering and he currently owns over 138 doors of multifamily properties.

Apartments Portfolio
The Mountain Springs Pointe Apartments Portfolio consists of a total of 123 units, north of New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM. This property was purchased for $6.25M in Oct. 2021. The business plan currently underway includes renovating the exteriors and interior units to increase the value of the property. In addition, professional property management has been implemented to decrease operating costs, decrease vacancies and increase rents. Schedule a call today.
The Hub
The Hub is a 12-unit apartment building in Albuquerque, NM. This property is in really great condition and is fully occupied in an up and coming area. The previous owner put in over $150,000 in improvements prior to selling it. This property required minimal "cap-ex " which dramatically improves the returns. It is still a great value-add opportunity based on our unique model going forward. We are using a very creative business plan to minimize vacancies and maximize rents, making this a recession-resistant asset.
The Flats At 2030
This value-add 236 unit apartment complex located in Phoenix AZ was acquired in August 2019. We partnered with GenWealth Capital Group as co-sponsors. We purchased this property for $16.7M with significant upside. We are currently implementing our business plan of repositioning the property.
Landmark Square Apts
Open Doors Capital partnered with Pero Real Estate In June 2019 to acquire the 205 unit property in Erie, Pennsylvania for $10.6M.
The property was build in 1918 and renovated in 2009. We will implement a value add strategy to increase rents and improve occupancy to generate great returns for our investors.
Retreat At Stone Mountain
This is a 212 unit apartment property in Atlanta GA that Open Doors Capital partnered on in 2019 as a co-sponsor. This property closed in March 2019 for a purchase price of $14.2M and we are currently implementing our business plan of renovating units and increasing rents.
98-Fifty
Open Doors Capital partnered with Ashcroft Capital in May 2017 to invest in a 196 unit property in Dallas/Forth Worth. The purchase price was $13.3M.
98-Fifty is a 196-unit, apartment complex built in 1980. The property features four floor plans consisting of efficiency-, one-, and two-bedrooms. The community features a swimming pool, a business center, outdoor BBQ and picnic area, playground, clothes care center, and dog park.
So far the projected returns have exceeded our expectations.
N. Arlington Portfolio
Open Doors Capital partnered with Ashcroft Capital in April 2018 to invest in a value add 564 unit portfolio in the Dallas/Forth Worth market. The purchase prise was $52M.
Ashcroft Capital acquired separately, two off-market assets, Midtown Crossing and Chestnut Ridge, which happen to be directly adjacent to one another on Randol Mill Rd in North Arlington. Both properties were built in 1984 with 564 units in total, and present a substantial value-add opportunity through a continuation of upgrades to unit interiors.

Open Doors Capital partnered with Covemark 2017 and 2018 in several rounds of investments in self-storage and mobile home park funds.
